This is a follow-up to the email of September 30th. Another resident saw this animal and has confirmed the animal is a DOG and NOT a coyote.
The dog is extremely skiddish and possibly has mange or some other type of disease. Please call Hernando County Sheriff’s Office – Animal Control at 352-754-6830.
A photo would be helpful if you can get one and note the specifics, i.e. place, time, date etc.
