I would like to bring two items to your attention
1. The wait for the long term storage area use is over. The concrete work is finished and the storage area is open to use to both previous users and also anyone new who wish to get a spot. Please contact David Brockoff at dbrockoff@tampabay.rr.com for your reservations.
2. In the light of current elections, the board would like to draw your attention to section 5 of article IX of the covenants under Use restriction which states “No sign of any kind shall be displayed to public view on a lot without the prior written consent of the Association, except customary name and address signs and signs of not more than five square feet in size advertising a property for sale.
