Dear Residents of Lake in the woods;
Good morning, Hope the summer is treating you( should I say roasting you) well. I will be brief.
1. Six spaces have opened up in our storage lot for rent that fits a small or medium size car, boat or trailer. Dave Brockhoff will be able to sign you up and can be reached at 352 398 3539.
2. On the same topic, we still have not reached the required signatures to satisfy 2/3 majority to change the covenants regarding the storage. Should you need the covenant change document for signature let me know and I will send it to you. You can either send it back with your signature or drop it in the red box below the bulletin board at the mail box kiosks.
3.All those having gatherings/parties for the 4th of July or any other event, please don’t forget to notify the guards of guests you are expecting. You can also email the list to LITWaccess@gmail.com
