Hello Residents! Just a couple of items to keep you up to date:
1. RESIDENT FRONT GATE UPDATE: The Resident Entry Front Gate should be back (barring any other issues) within the next 14 days. FYI: A fellow LITW resident drove through the entry gate quicker than the gate bar operates, the vehicle ran into the arm and operational box. Fortunately, the resident was not injured. Please continue to show patience with Gate Access Control Attendants while Resident Entry Gate under repair. A reminder once the gate becomes operational: Please wait until the gate is able to read your windshield and raises before moving forward. In addition, not waiting for the gate process to cycle between vehicles may also damage gate arm if drivers try to piggy-back one another when entering.
2. LITW ANNUAL TURKEY TROT IS ON! – Thanksgiving Thursday—November 25, 2022 at 9:00am (Rain date: Saturday, November 27, 2022) More information will be forthcoming at kiosks. Stay tuned!
3. SELF-NOMINATION TIME! – NOMINATIONS OPEN FROM Nov. 12 – Dec. 24. All interested in serving on LITW Association board of directors, please submit the attached Self-Nomination form.
